Pricing

One number. No sales call.

How many people are on your lists, counted once each. Colleagues who help run them are free on every plan. That is the whole model - there is no cheaper tier that removes the audit log, and no call to book before you can see a price.

Signedup is in early access. Accounts open to everyone shortly. Join the list below and you will be among the first invited.

Counted once each, across every list you run.

Every account starts with a 30-day trial - no card, running at Department level, with 3 colleagues and 500 subscribers. It is a trial rather than a free plan: at the end everything is still yours to export.

What each plan adds

The rows in grey are never part of an upgrade. They are how you answer for a list, and selling them separately would mean charging most to the people carrying the most risk.

In every plan, including the trial

Plans differ on how many people you hold, how many lists you run, and the tools for keeping them tidy. They never differ on the things you would have to answer for. There is no tier that takes the audit log away, because charging more for the compliance features would mean selling a worse version of this to whoever is carrying the most risk.

What you would otherwise do

These are real options and some of them are the right one. Here is where each stops working.

A spreadsheet

Free

Everyone already has one. Nothing to buy, nothing to learn.

It falls out of date the moment somebody moves team, and correcting it is your job indefinitely. No consent record, and it lives on one person's laptop.

A marketing platform

Hundreds a month

Enormously capable. Built for campaigns, journeys and revenue attribution.

You are buying a campaign engine to keep a list of two hundred colleagues. Procurement, onboarding and a seat licence, for a job none of it was designed for.

An intranet form

Already paid for

It is where people already are, and IT already approved it.

It captures a submission, not a preference someone can come back and change. You still keep the list by hand afterwards.

Signedup

Tens a month

One link people return to whenever their details change, with the consent record kept for you.

It does not send your newsletter. You keep using whatever you already send with.

What changes, from where you are

Pick what you use today. The two rows we lose are in here too - a table where the vendor wins every line is one nobody believes.
